• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, accessories, and customized products are non-returnable.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our Surat address.

• Refunds/Exchanges:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
